    No! We offer classes for all levels, including beginner-friendly sessions.

  • What’s the difference between mat Pilates and reformer Pilates?

    Mat Pilates uses body weight on a mat, while reformer Pilates uses a machine (Reformer) for added resistance and support.

  • How long is each class?

    At Pilates Xperience we offer 50mins full Pilates reformer classes and monthly free 30min Intro classes. *Intro classes are available for newcomers only.

  • What should I wear and bring?

    Comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow movement. Grip socks and water bottles are required for safety.

  • Do you offer Private classes?

    Absolutely. Private and semi-private sessions are great for personalized attention.
