Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform, which sets cookies necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure. In addition to those, we use the following.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. These tools collect the usage data described above and report it to us, largely in aggregate. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Advertising and retargeting. We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. When you visit our website, the Meta Pixel may record which pages you viewed and what actions you took, and transmit that information to Meta along with your IP address and a browser or device identifier. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect that activity to your account. We use this to measure whether our advertising leads to bookings, to show advertising to people who have already visited our website, and to reach people with similar characteristics. Meta also uses this information for its own purposes, described at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of our website or our booking system from working properly.

Service providers. Email marketing, text messaging, and other vendors that perform services on our behalf.

Professional advisors and authorities. Accountants, attorneys, insurers, or government agencies, when required by law or reasonably needed to protect our legal rights or someone's safety.

A successor. If the studio is sold or merged, client records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing website activity data with advertising platforms may qualify as a "sale" or as "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out by emailing lascolinas@pilatesxperience.com.

We do not share the health, injury, pregnancy, or medical information you give us on intake and waiver forms with advertising platforms, and we do not use it to target advertising to you.
