Flexibility is an outcome, not an entry requirement. That's the whole reason your first session is private: nothing to keep up with, nobody watching but your coach. And if flexibility is the goal, our Stretch and Recovery classes are some of the most loved on our schedule.

No. The $50 buys a real 50-minute private session and that's true whether you join or not. If you do start a membership within 7 days, the $50 comes off it. If you don't, you still leave with the session, the plan, and an honest read on whether this is for you. We'd rather you walk out knowing than sign something you're unsure about.

Often yes, and it's one of the most common reasons people start here with a private instead of a class. Tell us what your doctor or physical therapist said, including anything you've been told not to do. We're not a medical practice and won't pretend to be, so if something is outside what we should be working with, we'll say so and point you to the right person. Most of the time, we can build around it.

No. It's an assessment, not an orientation. If you've been practicing for years, we spend the 50 minutes on what your current practice isn't reaching and on the compensations you've built without noticing. Experienced clients often get more out of this than beginners do, because there's more to find.

Because private slots get scheduled around the group class schedule, and the honest answer is that a booking calendar would show you a thin list of leftovers. Instead we call you within 24 hours and find a time that actually works. We run privates seven days a week, from early mornings through evenings.

Give us at least 12 hours notice and we'll reschedule you once, no charge. Inside 12 hours, or a no-show, the session is used. That time was held for you and the coach was there, so all sales are final. Pick a window you can protect and you'll never think about this again.

Comfortable fitness clothes you can move in, and grip socks. Both are required, and we sell both at the front desk if you need them. Bring water. Arrive about ten minutes early on your first visit so you're not rushing through the door.

Large parking lot, no garage and no meters. We're on the second floor, with both stairs and an elevator. If steps are part of what you're working on, take the elevator and we'll meet you at the top.

It's our booking software noting that this session is one per new client, not a countdown or a low-stock warning. We don't run fake timers. If a page ever tells you to hurry, assume we didn't write it.
